My problem first started when I tried to import a custom tune. I saved it to the I2 drive created on my mac. It saved the file under the Logs folder. When I plugged it into my car it would not show there was a custom tune. I then plugged it back into my Mac and when the drive showed up on the screen the custom tune was no longer there. I proceeded to do an update since I hadn't done one since I first got it and uploaded the first tune in September of this year. The I2 kept updating "group_update 1-4" over and over again. After it finally stopped the updating it asked me to click continue to reboot the I2, two hours later it is still rebooting, it says "Please Wait" on the screen and shows four circles being lit sequentially. What is going on with this, how do you fix it and how do I get my custom tune onto this thing to stick?
FYI My car is a 2014 Chrysler 300 3.6 8spd. I bought the tuner from Overkill Motorsports

Re: I2 Won't stop updating
is there a file called group update sitting in the drive? If so delete it.
Custom tunes should not go in a folder, simply place them in the root of the drive, and on a mac you have to eject it then reload the file to the root of the drive a 2nd time for the device to import it.
On PC it will import as soon as you put it in the i2 drive.

Re: I2 Won't stop updating
I had same thing happen. Now, it says it is in recovery mode and won't let me load a tune. Keeps saying please wait when trying to load the original.
