Hi!
I live in Brazil, Ive got a mustang 2012 GT, and unfortunately I've got my t1000 stolen. I'm not sure I have the original backup tune in my computer... (how is this file named in a pc?)
I've understood reading posts throughout the forum that I could simply go to a ford shop, flash the original tune back and then buy a new t1000...
Unluckly it does not work for me...I imported my GT directly from USA. Ford doesnt sell Mustangs in Brazil, neither other car equiped with a coyote engine... I have no place to flash the factory tune back...
My major problem is that my GT is tuned to run on 93 octanes... I cant get 93 octanes everywhere I go... my main concern is needing to run on a gas poorer in octane...
Could I simply buy a brand new T1000 and use it in the car?
Thanks for your attention,
Ricky

i think your best bet with this situation is to purchase one of our new intune i2 tools. once you get the tool you can update it all the way. then take a read of your pcm in the car. once you have done that you can email us that file and we can return the file back to the original file manually over here and send it back. then you can flash your car with this file and the car will be back to 100% stock. then from that point on the i2 will function just like the trinity as fasr as being able to change tunes and what not. you will just not be able to put it in the window and use it fro gauges. the trinity does not have the ability to do what the i2 does as far as restoring the vehicle unfortunately. if you really want another trinity you could always buy both. then use the i2 to restore the vehicle then sell it and use the trinity from that point on.

Hi Matt,
Thanks for your reply.
I bought the I2020 as you suggested. I plugged the I2 to the car and proceeded as if the car had never been tuned before(I had a tune from my T1000 that got stolen). The I2020 downloaded the supposed “back up tune” and proceeded to installing a 93oct+cai… Then as I expected it didn’t complete saying I had already had a Diablosport tune and I should get the car back to original backup tune.
When we spoke before you said I could send you the file and you could return the file back to the original file manually over there and send it back to me, so I could flash my car with this file and the car would be back to 100% stock.
I hope the file I´ve atached is the file you meant. Thanks again,
Ricky

save this to the i2 drive and let the device import it then go to the car and load the update then you may retune it with the i2.
Thanks
Thanks
