Turn key off

So when I try to upload my original back up into my vehicle, trinity gets stuck in "turn key off" and then nothing will happen until I unplug it .... any help with this?

have you removed the button and inserted the key fob in its place?

I did, I fixed it by resetting all parameters and quick adjust and somehow it worked .... Now it wont let me update my traction control, it says "failed to install"

I am currently having the exact same issue tried to restore original tune twice to day, on my 2013 challenger w/5.7 auto. unable to get past the "turn key off" and yes using the key, not the push button.
Guess I can try "resetting all parameters and quick adjust " next and see what happens. jut trying to get back to original tune before trade in. Want to keep the trinity for the next car if the trade in comes to an agreement.

I know this sounds silly, but it works. Trust me. This happens to me occasionally as well and this fixes it every time.

When it sticks on "turn key off" cycle your windshield wipers on and off. Mine has the turn stalk and I twist it forward and then back again. Problem fixed.

I am having same troubles with my trinity so i am assuming its the same issue... i also have 2013 rt auto so i will try resetting the same settings. Did this work on your 2013 rt? I really need to get my car to stock for the dealership to service my transmission.
