Rough Shifting WOT from a Roll -2013 EX Sport

Everything works good on the 91 tune....the dead throttle was discovered with the 93 easy tune. However rough shift were noticed from a roll on the 91 tune. Is there a way to reduce shift pressure at WOT.

I recently updated my Diablo Sport i2, after that my truck shifts violently from 1st to second. Actually spills my coffee. All other shifting is good. (2016 F350, 6.2 L) before the upgrade truck shifted normal.
