Trinity t1000 error after crom update

I upgraded my tuner and now cant reload my custom tune.. get this error

68041662ac wrong
wont be used
After calibration file format is PCM_68041662AF

I recently installed a Procharger and tune loaded car running fine. CROM updated forces you to load original tune so im not sure what to do from here...

did yo umarry the tool to the vehicle before you loaded the custom tune?
erase the custom tune, load a canned tune to the car then load the custom tune back to the device then to the vehicle.

Yes, My tuner responded and it was a version mismatch, so he redid the tune.. Unfortunately, the car , I think is im limp mode. Wont go into auto stick, seems to start out in second or third, when it revs up, acts like hitting rev limiter.. Gonna reload it and hope that fixes.

Edit: Went through each quick adjust and all is well.. Data logging now to fine tune it. Thanks
