how to delete vehicle from intune?

I am getting rid of my truck tomorrow and trying to delete the vin from this tuner. I returned it back to stock and it still shows the vin number how can i unlock it or where would my code be to unlock it? I bought it brand new from you guys.

That does't answer the question. I received a DCX from a friend and it has 3 vins listed. Licensed: 0/1 which I assume means it is unlocked. How do we delete the vins that are listed? It gives you the option and then asks for a code. It gives a code but it is too long to enter. Some people may not want their vin listed in the tool after they sell it or I may not want 3 vins showing in the one I own.

you have to call in to access that, but again, its really not something we ever do as it makes no impact on the device or how it functions.

i sold my old jeep, i restored to stock map, i got my new jeep and im trying to install the diablo tune, but it asks for some updates, i plug it to my computer, and run de update software, then i plug it in to my jeep it takes about 20 minutes, stage 1, stage 2, then when i tried to turn it on, but i couldnt. i came back to my computer to tried to restore all to factory and it put some kind of letteras and numbers, like a password.

what year is your new jeep? the intune-i1000-dcx tool you have will only work on jeeps up to 2014..

if you have a 2015-2016 jeep, you will need the newer inTune i2 plus an unlocked pcm to be able to tune it.

this is the biggest piece of shit i've bought for my jeep. quick and easy my ass. damn thing doesn't work and tech support is a joke. worst 400 bucks i've spent.

I agree. Tech Support is the worst. You better hope nothing happens Between 5 pm friday and 9 am Monday or your screwed. Then they want to charge you $150 to fix it when their product takes a shit on you. WTF guys. That's BULLSHIT.
