I-1000 wont disable DOD in my 06 MC SS

So I recently picked up a used unmarried Intune. Its been plugged in and updated. Over the past 2 days I have tried a few times to Modify Stock Tune just to get the DOD off for now in my 06 MC. It writes, does the back up and tells me its ok to unplug and start the engine. Sure enough, V4 still kicking in everytime. Ive tried enabling and then disabling. Ive read about everything google can find related to tuners and DOD disabling, and Im to my wits end. Anyone happen to have any insight on this issue?

there is no user setting for DOD.. you have to install one of the No DOD tunes, and dod is already disabled in the tune..

install the 91 Octane No DOD tune if you use 91 octane gas..

install the Diablo Tune No DOD tune if you use 93 octane gas.

Ok, so Im pretty green when it comes to all this fancy tech. Im a tad confused when you say no DOD user settings. Is 'User Settings' referring to the options in Modifying the stock tune menus? If so, then there is definitely an option for DOD disable present within the Stock Tune menu. If not, then apparently I need to explore it a bit more. Aside from that, my next step will be to get a fresh tank and load the 91 no DOD tune and try that out. Got soem nasty roads here in IN so I wont get to have any fun yet, but hopefuly it'll get rid of that DOD at least. And I gotta say, you're the man when it comes to this stuff and I greatly appreciate your prompt reply and your presence on these forums relating to this. Will reply back with results soon.

Ha! Disregard previous post altogether. Ill take my public floggings and just listen to you in the future. No questions asked. Went out and tinkered with it while I was grilling and everything loaded as flawlesly as possible. DOD is gone and I just couldnt resist going out and playing, regardless of the snow. Its like a whole new car just as everyone else has claimed. Can't wait for a dry day. Once again, a HUGE thanks in helping out.....on a Sunday none the less. That fact alone makes me very glad i went with a Diablosport product and furthermore you were the one to help me. I figured id be stumped and bummed until Monday best case. Y'all rock!
