Intune i-1000 freezing

Intune i-1000 been working fine i went to change tune on my 05 mustang gt and it said an update might be needed and if i wanted to check i clicked yes instead of no so now i get a warning "Disk Check This can take up to 30 minutes" my only option is continue which i do and the progress circle goes around for a while then stops.

Was using a windows 10 computer plugged it in to a windows 7 computer and it updated but now when i plug it in to the car it says vehicle not supported.

please post the info.xml file from the intune drive so we can check it out.

you just need to update the device then it should be fine.

Is there a different way to update besides plugging into computer?

No....updating requires a PC.

Is there some instructions somewhere on the forums? I thought i updated it but maybe i did something wrong.
