Will NOT communicate with my truck

Hello,
My InTune1000 will not communicate with my truck.

I had issues in the past with this tuner crashing. I finally just had the tuner flashed/restored with help of one of your techs. The tuner now works and is no longer in Recovery Mode, as it was before. I plugged it into my computer, and it downloaded updates, and seemed to be working like normal again.

HOWEVER, now when I plug it into my 05 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi truck, the tuner powers up, like normal, and when I get to the screen to Turn On Ignition...it never acknowledges that I did turn the key, and then after a few minutes, the tuner goes to the main menu. It will not check communicate at all with my truck.

Now, I have had to replace the BCM and the Gauge cluster a few months back.

seems there is a communication issue in the truck, did you have the nee modules programmed by a dealer?

No, I did not...Does that need to happen?

I bought the BCM and Speedo from wrecking yard, everything works except this issue.
