Diablo Trinity tuner bricked

Hello All,

New to Diablo - My tuner is stuck. Whenever I plug it into my Ram or Laptop i get a"An internal update has been installed that requires a reboot. Please unplug your Trinity briefly to cycle the Power.(1)" No Matter what I do I get the same screen pop up.

Any help is appreciated.

I have the same problem on my Trinity.

Very impressed with their customer service. Called the support line was on there for maybe 15 minutes. They asked me to ship the tuner in and they will repair or replace it depending on the severity of the damage. I was tols its a hardware issue and there is nothing they could do over the phone. What is even more impressive is that while I was on the call with support someone on their end monitoring the forum called me on their own accord. I am sad that the turner died but very happy with the customer Service support.

I would personally like to thank Cameron A Madewell, and Garrett C Kabinoff for helping me in this stressful situation. Their customer service is A+++ and helped me in my situation. Ugh! I have this error as well! Looks like I will be contacting CS on Monday.
