intune i2 not logging or allow pid selection

Hi i have been trying to do some data logging on my intune i2.

I tried to do a parking lot log with just idle on park and drive and when i tried to save, the device ask me if i want to save and when i select yes it just freezes and says please wait for 7 mins and nothing happens. I log back in the computer and i notice that it did not save.

i updated my intune and i have tried this twice.

Yes this is with the default pids.

Today i tried a 10 second log and it was still trying to save after 7 mins.

I will see if there is an option to restore default pids but the intune was purchased brand new and no one used it but me.
