Intune i-1000 Freezing

I'm having issues with my intune. I tried loading a modified stock file on to my vehcle (2010 6.2 Silverado) and in the middle of my tune loading the device stopped and a message popped up saying something about a vehicle identification error? Now on the device it shoes that the vehicle has been tuned, but the only thing that has been changed on the vehicle is the speedo correction for larger tires. The tcm tune was never loaded to the vehivle and now if i try to restore the vehicle the device freezes when i reach the "Tune vehicle" screen. Thanks in advance.

I called customer support and had the intune reset. Now when I plug it into my truck it says the vehicle has been tuned by another diablosport product. It works fine if plugged into another vehicle

I'm trying to tune the truck with my same diablo sport Intune that i tuned the truck with initially. Diablosport customer support had me reset the intune because it was freezing, and now when I connect it to my truck it says that it is tuned by another diablosport product even though it is the same intune that the truck was tuned with.
