PCM Calibration update not working

I have a 2011 dodge charger 5.7L hemi and it was brought to the dealership as well and they flashed the system and does anyone else have a file to fix i can fix this with asap.

you just need to connect the device to a pc and run the updater and let it download the files it needs.

I have tried this and has not worked and I've done this multiple times.

what happens when you run the updater program?

It downloads two files them it reboots and i bring it to my car and it says that.
