Good morning!
I just traded in my 2013 CHallenger R/T for a 2014 Challenger SRT8. THe device is unlocked but when I plug it in to the car it tell me an update is needed. After that it then tells me that I need to plug it in to the PC. When I plug it in to the PC, it tells me no update available.
Is there any way a push can be sent for me? I had this issue once in my R/T when the dealer updated the PCM so I am hoping it's an easy fix this time. I tried submitted a form in the support section but it told me I was not allowed to upload .xml files so that is why I am posting. So I can give that file

please run the updater again and it will download the file for you.

Thank you so much! Think it's time I upgrade to the Trinity so I (hopefully) never have to worry about this again. Diablo makes the best tuners and has amazing customer service. Thank you again!
