please i need help ?!

after i took my car to dealer the do update for PCM .. and the tune that i use removed
i try to connect my intune its ask me to connect to pc .. after that i found my backup tune and my custom tune there
should i delete them from pc or keep it ? cause i think the intune it will take another backup file again cause there is no longer tune in my car .
