Challenger RT - Car won't start after trying to load tune

I updated my intune dcx, plugged into car, uploaded stock tune, tried to install 91 octane tune, failed, and now I have my daily driver dead in the driveway. Very disappointed.

Initially I used the start button, then tried the key fob in dash, still no luck, just looping on recovery mode, backup loads to 100% but then fails. Also tried not turning off and pressing the green prompts that seemed to work for others, no luck for me.

Please help, this is a ridiculously expensive piece of kit that should NOT be making such critical faults.

use the key, the button is likely what got you here.
Are you sure you are going from RUN to OFF, etc for each key cycle request?

If so, try disconnecting the battery for a moment and touch the +/- together and that will reset everything, then try the restore again.

All sorted, Garrett helped me out using the 911 reboot, I had the car running and new tune installed within a couple of hours. Much appreciated, thanks.

I think I have this problem as well I'll try the key cycle instead of the push button
