Sprintex Supercharger 2016 Jeep JK

Anyone having similar problems with gear ratio not accepting programming. Jeep will not get out of 3rd gear. Been sitting in shop for month.

have you contacted us about this previously?
Please post the info.xml file from the i2 drive.

Also, have you tried selecting different ratios in case the ones installed were marked wrong (I have seen this too many times).
