PROBLEM WITH UPDATING AND USING IT WITH WIFI

Post by burini7 »

Good day!

Thank you so much for your help. I follow everything you told me. Now my desktop can recognize this one.

But now I am having problem with updating this. Every time I try to update, there is a message popping out. What can I do with this?
Also, if I am using it wifi it will take more than 1 hour but nothing will happen.

I attached the print screen here in this message for your reference. And the photo for this i2 when using wifi.

If you can help me, it will be highly appreciated.

PS. My car model is CHEVROLET TAHOE, 2009.

actually, save the attached files to the intune drive, let the tool import them then run the updater again and it should work. Load the registration file first then the 1r03y

How you can let the tool import it? After I saved the attached files to the intune drive. I run the windows updater. Nothing happened. Same message is showing. The Tool OEM is missing.

no, simply copy the file to the intune drive, let it sit and the device will import it on its own. No updater until the 2 files have both been loaded.

the files go on the intune drive then the device imports them when the drive closes and the screen displays processing, preparing, etc.

Thanks

Save the files to your computer then copy & paste them to your i2.

Thank you so much! Can you help me to make it same before? How to reset it in FACTORY DEFAULT SETTING? I wanted to reset it because when I connect it in the new computer in my car it got stuck. I pressed the RESTORE DEFAULT CONFIGURATION. But nothing happened. And every time I connect this device in the desktop the info.xml was not there automatically.

Please help. THANK YOU!

Sir, can you tell me the maximum time it will take for the device to detect and install unprocessed files? Because it's been 3 hours and the status is still the same as the attached picure.

THANK YOU!
