I2 not reading 2014 GC after running updater

I have a 2014 3.6GC with the RIPP sc. For the last few weeks I've been working with a tuner and everything's been great. Last Thursday, I ran the updater on Windows to see if there was anything new. There was, more than usual, and the I2 rebooted as usual. After that update, I get the full list of pids, but of the 30 or so (that Jonathan suggests elsewhere here), only three actually show data. Actual Spark cyl 1, Desired FA cyl1, 1/1 Long Term ADAP. Before then, I had all 30ish. I called support, and the tech had me delete the files in the runtime directory on the I2. Unfortunately, this didn't help.
Anyone have any suggestions?

so are you trying to select your own pids to record on the device?
If you click restore default pids, does it seem to record properly?
