Problem with removing my tune from my truck

Last night I went to change my tune on my 2014 ram 2500 with 6.4 engine to the tow tune and change my tire size. After entering the tune to upload it wouldn't change the tune and then went to back up to the original tune of my truck and that didn't work. Now my speedometer doesn't work and my break light is on and the tuner won't allow me to install the back up tune. What do I do NOW. My truck is all screwed up. Please help.
