Thanks!

FYI for anyone else, I copied that itf file to the root of my device and it just did it, VERY Cool!

As soon as I copied the file to the device, the Explorer window disappeared...
I'm sure it was because the device had detected a update file, and was already busy installing the update (so it disconnected from the PC).
Looking at the device screen it was displaying its install animation; after a minute, it rebooted itself.
When it came back up, the itf file was gone (it even cleans up after itself :) ) and it was ready to go!

As a software engineer I was impressed!
I've never seen an implementation like this, I can guess what it's doing, but it's still the coolest "manual update" I've ever seen.
Bravo DiabloSport!

Thanks again Mike, going out to the garage to try it out now!

"Installing" the custom tune Mike gave me was similar...

I copied it to the root of the device like he said to.
Then my device screen said it detected a custom tune and had a "Continue" button.
When I pressed it, the tune I had copied was gone from the root (again cleaning up after itself).

Actually I don't know where it went (of COURSE I had to go looking for it...) I'm sure it's in their program folders, which I'm NOT going to mess with.
I see what looks like a basic Linux setup, but again I'm not going to mess with it.

But it means that again, it detected the file I copied in and automagically handled it and did what needed to be done.
My hat's off to your developers :)

Back after a little test drive!

Mike, again thanks for the tune, but since I can now use the menu option myself, I used the "Diablo Tune" rather than the one you made me...
Since I can get 93 octane gas up the street, I started with the Diablo Tune, bumped the throttle +15%, and, of course, turned off Traction Control.

Now this is basically what I had before, except I don't have to remember to hold down the TC button while starting the car anymore!
Gotta say after buzzing around a few TN back roads. it's really hard to believe this is only a V6, my Charger now JUMPS to life with only a little push of the pedal!

Let's be honest, even before the tune, this car didn't suck, true it's no hellcat, but it really isn't a BAD car. It will blow the doors off 90% of the cars out there...
However after you add DiabloSports 93 octane tune, and include just a little bump to the throttle sensitivity, this car is really a LOT more fun to drive!

I grew up in the motor city and I had a old Charger more years ago than I care to admit. It was a beater then (would be gold today...) but it was fun to drive, that is as long as you didn't have to make any turns... :)
I gotta say that after getting my inTune2, this car now feels like it has just as much punch as that old V8 did, and it corners a 1000 times better!

Thanks to Mike for taking care of me, and to Diablosport for unleashing my Charger :)
Some day I'll have a hellcat, and when I do, you can bet I'll be tuning that sucker too!
