Had to send my i2 in for a fix, but when I got it back....

Post by Jmo »

I sent my i2 in for a fix, but before I copied my xml and tunes folder onto my hard drive. When I got it back from Diablo it was erased so i copied the original xml and tunes folder from my destop to the i2. When I plug it in it says I don't have a back up and when I try to tune the car it says that it has already been tuned by an i2 and to restore it back to stock. How do I do that?

Id delete those files, you cant really make it work that way.

delete the old info file you added and then post the new current info file here. Also it should read the files from the vehicle, and save them to the tunes folder, please post them here as well, along with any older copies of the stock tunes you may have.

Thanks

So delete anything new I put on the i2 and put the stuff it had on it when I got it back from Diablo, right? Then post everything I got pretty much, right?

you really dont want to ever put anything in that drive except updates or custom tunes, make sure you dont delete any of the folders that belong there.
