vin database error, how to I clear it

Hey All, like the subject says, I'm getting a vin database error after sending the unit into Diablo because the screen wouldn't register any input.

I'm trying to find software as I've seen things on the forum about updating, or clearing through the PC software, but can't exactly find anything to download. I don't have the CD anymore (Because its 2017 and who has an optical drive anymore)
