Updated stock ECM calibration and Intune error.

I was running a custom tune (from lew) on my 2007 Yukon. (Been doing allow of work on it lately.)
I replaced the HVAC unit and needed to reprogram it. I used a tech 2 and bought a 2 day subscription for $55 through GM SPS.
I took the custom tune off, reprogramed the HVAC, and also updated the ECM b/c another calibration was available for another issue.
When I tried to reload my custom tune I got an error with multiple DTC's and trunk wouldn't start. It said an error log was created but none exists on the intune drive. I reloaded the GM stock calibration with the Tech 2, and now I'm stuck. Did the custom tune need to be redone with the new stock calibration?
And have a permanently damaged the intune? The intune has backup files but no tune was written.
I have attached the files I do have for reference, the info file, current backup, and old custom files from previous to all this.

yeah man, you changed the "Stock" original backup, so new calibration ID.. so the old custom tune from 2.5 years ago will not work now.. you need to have new custom tunes recreated... since it's been over 1 year, it would be just $75 for new custom tunes.. there's an order button on my site for that - www.diablewtune.com

you need to install the regular preset canned diablosport tunes into the vehicle...

then you need to get new copies of the new original backup stock tune files saved from the tool to your computer.. and then email me those new original backup stock tune files, and I will have to re-do your custom tunes from scratch..

Thanks. Will do. It is now freezing up on me at the vehicle ID stage, too. Is it possible it messed something up in the tool?
