Dealer flashed my PCM!"

Hey all, new to the forum.....I have a small problem. Purchased the tuner for my 2011 300C last summer and loaded the 93 octane tune. Never had any issues other than setting the fans with a 180 thermostat. Recently I took my car to the dealer to have a recall done and while it was in there they noticed an update for my PCM. Since my car is still under warranty they flashed the PCM. When I picked up the car I was extremely pissed because even if it's free they need my permission......which they did not get.

Now I have no idea what's in my PCM. I do KNOW this: My 115mph speed limiter is back. So this tells me their file had to have written over the Diablo tune.

I need advice on what to do next. Thanks in advance any help is appreciated!

Don't quote me on this but I beileve if you send a copy of the invoice from the dealer showing where it has been reflashed diablo might unlock your tuner so you can retune.

But it is always strongly recommended to reload the stock tune before you go to the dealer
