I have a trinity t1000 programmer since my truck is a 07 silverado classic 5.3 flex I need to run an 06 program all there is for silverado would be silverado ss it works but is there another one I should be using

no, you can pick 06 truck, 03 truck, 02 camaro, they all go to the same J1850 GM application.
