Original Backup will not Restore

Fist let me say, yes I'm stupid.

I hooked my Trinity up to my '15 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT with the factory PCM. I was going through setup and everything was going fine so I went to write the 93 octane tune and it failed due to the locked PCM. I was kind of expecting that. But it also won't restore the backup and my ride is bricked.

Is there any way around this or is my factory PCM screwed?

Also, I got brave and tried to write the tune b/c it let me change the tire size setting so for some reason I had some confidence that maybe my pcm was an anomaly.
