Backup files are gone

Backup files are gone

Hi, i have the i2 tuner. its been a while since the last time i plugged it in my 2010 5.3 lts silverado.

i wanted to check some codes and i found that my backup is gone. i had a tune program loaded on the truck now its gone.

truck is working but i lost the factory tune back up.

what can i do? i plugged it in the computer and the tuner folder is empty.

please help!

those are just copies of the files on the drive, the actual backups are stored internally.

Hi the problem is that my i2 did not recognize the old tune, it told me that i had to retune again like if it was the first time. but there was a tune in my truck already i never went back to factory tune before.

my biggest concern is that if i want to go back to factory tune I´m afraid it could go back to my old tune and not to the factory tune. because when i re tune the truck and the i2 makes a back up, it was doing a back up of my old tune like if it was the factory tune.

i dont know if im making my self clear please help!

if it sees a tune is already there fromone of our devices it will ask you to send it to us and will not let you proceed until we get it back to stock.
