Can I upload multiple custom tunes into my Trinity that I receive from Johan?

Yes, it will hold up to 8. Use the advanced tune tab on dsdl to load more than one at a time.

can I adjust a custom tune that I got online ? add throttle response and tune off #3-4 o2 sensors?

Yes, but you cant disable O2 sensor codes...
