I2 won't actually tune.

So I am having a difficult time getting my i2 tuner to actually tune. It will go through the whole tuning process successfully but I do not notice a change at all, also when I attempt to modify the parameters for MDS and throttle booster there is no effect when driving. Also when I got into the datalogger to look at PIDs it will not allow me to select any PIDs. I feel like the tuner is not marrying itself to my truck. It never did show any sort of VIN when I updated the tuner on my computer. This is on a 2016 Ram 1500 5.7 8 Speed.

I believe you have to have the pcm with your tuner. Disregard if you already bough the combo. Diablo website says you have to buy the pcm for 2015 and 2016 ram 5.7 hemi. I believe. From what I have been reading. Anyway good luck.

I did get an unlocked PCM that I installed before tuning. I'm wondering if something is going on with my i2 because it seems to have a lack of functions, I never could do wifi updating and now this morning I noticed in the modify parameters it didn't even show an MDS parameter anymore. This is my first tuner but I'm fairly certain I'd notice a difference with the throttle booster at 20 percent but it doesn't change anything when I set it to that.

same here only parameters is tire and speed and there is no more update icon in my windows folder

can you post the files from the tunes folder on the i2 drive as well as the info.xml file from the i2 drive?
