12 RAM not supported

updated once via ignition and device rebooted. tried in truck and says not supported needs an update. took back and hooked up to ignition and it found 4 updates. says installed but device never reboots. also wifi says it would install but never did. info file attached

I had the same issue. It took like 4 times to get it to load. After I ran the updater it says click on continue to reboot the device. I didn't click on it I unplugged it and powered it down then powered back up it loaded. However I'm stuff on failed to read back up now and been waiting on Diablo for a fix.

It had the continue option the first time but never again. The remaining 4 updates it found will not install. Update does nut seem to be making it from ignition program to the actual unit, even though it thinks it is.

am having the same problem with my 2013, have you resolved you problem with the update and support for you truck, if your problem was fix can you post what the fix was please

Good luck on getting a live person to talk with. No one there ever answered. I do not believe there is a light business location with live. Indies. It's just out of house I believe.

i called them today and i was sent a file in a email that fixed my device a calibration update. the tech explained the problem was caused by me not restoring back to factory before taking my truck into service and they flashed some software update that locked the tuner out...

Called and talked to a live person. They had me email the info file and then replied back about an hour later with a calibration update. Everything works great now.
