updater isn't working

I tried to update my i2 today, but I kept getting this error "Your tool needs the file var/www/private/buildfile/i2000_diablo_gui_2r01g.itf but was unable to locate this file. No information available." I tried to make out the small, chopped print as best as I could.

windows 10, but it always worked before. I just got an email from tech support stating there was a server issue
