Car lost custom tune when trying to change tire size

Now the tuner will not reload or recognize that there is a sdcard installed the car is a 2013 srt8 built by API 426 with a D1procharger with 8 psi of boost also I have the Trinity T1000

did you restore to stock after it failed?
if so that erases the custom tune, you'll need to remarry the tuner then reload the custom tune at a pc then to the car.
