vehicle not support

Post by 06RAM1500 »

I purchase i2010 for my 2006 ram 1500 5.7. When I try to do the tuning it say vehicle not supported. I already did the updated. Do I have to do another update or something or is this not the correct tuner for my truck?

I did another update on the tuner and rechecked if there were any more updated. It says it up to date. But it still give me the message about vehicle not support.

I'm in the exact same boat. I can't get anything but "vehicle not supported" messages out of my brand new Intune I2 for my 2012 300 SRT8. I'm going to start a separate thread about it, but I wanted to let you know that you're not alone. I feel your pain.

It seems like after plugging the Intune I2 into my vehicle, it reads the VIN and other car info properly. It then gives the "vehicle not currently supported" message, and to check for updates. I take it back, plug it into the PC, and Ignition has one more update to install. The update appears to be a tune (.drg) file with my VIN as part of the file name. This process completes, the tune file is dropped on the Intune drive, and the Intune appears to ingest it properly. However, I still get a "vehicle not supported" message when trying to tune, and every time I re-run Ignition, it wants to install the same update again. It's almost like the last file isn't actually getting ingested properly by the Intune. It's an endless loop of "vehicle currently not supported" from the car, and installing the same update over and over from the PC.

I am having the exact same issue with a brand new i2 tuner and my 2016 Challenger R/T. I swapped out the factory PCM with the unlocked one. Still haven't been able to use the tuner. Mikel, I have also posted my info.xml file... What is the next step to fix this?
