Tuning availability for 2.4L Cherokee KL

Hi,

Are there any plans to offer tuning for the 2.4L MultiAir/TigerShark engines in 2014-2017 Jeep Cherokees and Renegades?

I have two customers with these vehicles and have done some upgrades like aftermarket throttle body, air filter, CAI, exhaust, etc, but it feels like the OE software keeps overriding any improvement in throttle response and downshifting. I have never felt a worse throttle delay.

I know these engines are not ideal for performance, but there seems to be many out there that would be looking to improve the throttle response and take advantage of other mods with a Diablo Tuner.

gains on that application are minimal at best, makes it tough to market it, not likely to be added for support.
