I've got to head in but I've got a tune. Remove it completely or will it cause issues with my ability to use the tuner if the dealer does an update while they have it? Speedo is off quite a bit from the rear emd change so I would like to at least have that accurate but won't if there's a potential for issues after I get it back. Would gear change to the tune ok be ok at a chevy dealer?
Thanks in advance

Re: Heading to the dealer
always restore original backup stock tune first before going to a dealer for anything...
because if keep the tune installed and they do any updates to the ECM/TCM, then you'd be screwed, tool would not work for you anymore until you got it unlocked/reset by diablosport...
so yes, restore original backup stock tune to vehicle before going to a dealer..

Got it! That includes gear change? Any harm in running with speedometer off by 10? No CEL which I'm surprised. Thought that much would cause an issue with abs sensor.06MonteSS wrote:always restore original backup stock tune first before going to a dealer for anything...
