Problem with i2 and 2016 challenger srt392

Hey guys,

I got a brand new Intune i2 for my Challenger. My PCM is already unlocked, but I can´t tune my car. Once I plug the i2 in it tells me that I have to connect it to my computer to get it updated. When I plug the i2 into my Computer and let the ignition tool check for updates it loads a file called Group_update.itfg on my Intune. The Intune then restarts over and over and over to install the update. I can delete the Group_update.itfg to get out of the update Loop, but my i2 still doesn´t tune my car. It always Shows up that I have to connect it to the Computer to get it updated, because my car is not supported.

Whats wrong?

Do what I did to finally get my i2 updated - close Ignitor if it is open, go to https://www.diablosport.com/downloads/ and copy all the files from the i2 (the i2000 section) and place them in the root of the i2 drive (where info.xml is located), let it update that way instead. Wait until it recognizes the updates and starts processing them all. When it is done, you shouldn't see any of the files in the root of the directory anymore. Unplug the i2 from your computer, then try it on your Chally...

It doesn´t work. My Intune i2 is still saying that my vehicle is currently not supported.

Here´s my info.xml attached.

I have my i2 device for 3 weeks now and it´s still not working. That really drives me nuts and it´s hard to get Support. Why doesn´t it work and the i2 says "vehicle not supported" all the time. Is it a license related issue?

Nobody? I already loaded and installed all the single files from your download page for the i2000. Nothing helps. I already lost a few weeks of time don´t let me wait longer since i can tune my car.

save this to the i2, let it import the file then load it to the car, then you can install the tune.

Wow thank´s alot. Your calibration update helped me out. The i2 works with my chally now.
One last question. I´ve installed a 180°F t-stat and can´t find the Option to Change my Radiator Settings. The only Thing i can modify is unter coolant Settings desired ECT. The preset Settings for that is 248.00 degrees for my srt392.

One last question. I´ve installed a 180°F t-stat and can´t find the Option to Change my Radiator Settings. The only Thing i can modify is unter coolant Settings desired ECT. The preset Settings for that is 248.00 degrees for my srt392.

the new models use the target ECT option, set it to about what the tstat is set for.
