Cant load tune to DS Intune DCX

I am trying to load a custom tune from Johan on my DS Intune and when I load it it says its loaded and shows in the folder labeled "tunes" but when I disconnect it from the computer and try to load it int he car its not there anymore.

put it in the root of the intune drive, not in a folder, and wait for the device to say it has imported the file.
