Recovery Mode 17 Silverado

Post by Airjack »

Tried e-mail but no response. I updated the tool for my 17 Silverado last night then went to make changes to the tune but halfway through it said tune failed, tool is in recovery mode, return to original program. I can't return to original because it keeps failing also. The truck runs but I can't do anything with the tool or return to stock if needed. One thing that did happen is that OnStar called in the middle of the process to remind me my service was almost over. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. :(

onstar call likely caused the issue.

When you ty to restore, does it fail right away?

Can you post the files from the tunes folder on the i2 drive here as well as the info.xml file so we can check it out?

Everything is working correctly now. Loaded a tune they sent me and now the tool is working normally.
