"This vehicle not supported" 2014 Ram

I got my i2010 Tuner today did the updates on the computer, and when I went to Tune my truck I got the "This vehicle not supported" warning, and it said check for updates. I checked for updates and again it said the same thing.

This is for a 2014 Ram if that matters. Info.xml is attached.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

its very frustrating when tech support is closed for a company event, and no one is watching the forums to provide any type of answer.

My truck WAS working and supported. I installed the latest updates and it is suddenly unsupported. I suspect it is a bug introduced in the last update and hopefully will be fixed quick.

Finally Monday, looking forward to getting some resolution with this issue today. I've tried all I can on my end.

tech support sent me a file to load, loaded it and still no go. its like the unit doesnt save the updates once loaded.

It *was* working on my truck. I installed the updates and when troubleshooting why the 'easy tunes' were missing I was asked to remove the custom tune files.... It started saying not supported after that...

am sure it's just a bug that they will sort out quick..

All the same problems here on my 14 Jeep with little-to-no hope in sight. Between updating, logging, loading emailed files etc nothing is working.

save this to the i2 drive and let the device import it then load it to the truck then you can tune it.

Ok it actually let me begin tuning this time It was copying the original file, and when it got to reading said there was an error. Now anytime I plug it in it says recovery mode, recommend re-installing original tune. I try that and then it says there is an error and cannot write the tune. Luckily my truck still starts/runs but I am getting a little concerned with this process.

This has been resolved. The error was on my end with the key cycling. Thank you for your help.
