Diablo intune hangs initialing write to vehicle

I noticed my intune stopped saving the changes I made to the injector slope so I searched and found on one of your forums that this could be fixed by clearing all the updates. I tried and it worked.

The next write was successful but now each time I select write vehicle and it tells me to ensure that the ignition is on without starting it hangs after the spinning icon is displayed. It spins for a few seconds then stops. I was just checking to see if it would be okay after clearing the updates. I also re-updated it with no luck. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
