I2 for 2014 Jeep SRT - Vehicle currently not supported?

Post by bambo2888 »

Purchased a new Intune 2 last week for my '14 Grand Cherokee SRT.

Upon initial startup, updated the software. Connected to the vehicle, and learned the previous owner apparently had a diablosport tune already loaded.

Diablo tech support instructed me to have the PCM reflashed, which I had done yesterday at the local dealership.

Second attempt now yields a message “This vehicle is currently not supported; an update may be required. Pleas tape Continue to download..” Of course, windows tool says it's up to date and wifi tool says the updater failed to initialize. Nothing different the 3rd and 4th attempts.

Can anyone please help? Really want to get this resolved this weekend.

Sit and wait. There are like 4-5 of us that have the exact same issue, but diablo was closed friday and the weekend. From what i cna tell, the Mod will ask you to post you info.xml file, so you might as well do that now

Just call them. They did it all over the phone by taking command of my PC and adapting a new file!
