Problem Installing Tune Stroker 7.0L

Hi Im Antonio
Have a 06 jeep Srt8 ( own a Intune i1000) have install on it custom tunes but for using more NOS (200 hps) 3 pistons blow..

So, Change to stroker 7.0

Now, try to install new tune buy my devide cant install it.

I also try to back up ( like oem) but says no back up stored ( I have file on my laptop) and cant add it also, trying to reset my diablo.

Its seems like blocked.. or something..

could you help me? thanks.
