Updated Trinity now showing unsupported

Diablo,
I recently restored my stock program in order to update my Trinity. The stock program is making my engine give off a horrific noise. I updated the Trinity just now and plugged it into get it back to performance mode. Then it says my calid is not supported. 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (manual trans). It has ran great the past 3 or so years I have had the performance program in it and have never had a problem reverting to stock program. I did transfer both .drg files (stock and performance) that I had in the unit before I updated. Please help. PCM: 68090873AG

Spoke with tech support and got it resolved. This is the only issue I've ever had with the T1000 and I've been using it for 3+ years going from performance to stock and back. Thanks guys for the update and the helpful tech staff.
