inTune i2 -- Windows 10 (not updating)

Hi all -- I'm encountering a couple of issues. First, when I plug the device via USB, the drive isn't recognized and requires a "scan" (I have Windows 10). I circumvent the scan and eventually, I'm able to open the inTune folders. However, my next problem is the "inTuneUpdater2.exe" is flagged as a trojan by Norton and eventually removed. Thus, I disabled my Auto Protect to run the executable (hopefully Diablo isn't injecting backdoors in their software) and the update page is blank -- it's unable to open it....so I'm unable to get the latest updates.

So, what do I do? I need to update this tuner for new tires recently placed on my 2014 Ram. Some suggestions and solutions would be appreciated.

the i2 updater is fine, your anti virus just doesnt know what it is so it assumes the worst...

the i2 updater has been replaced by ignition, please install this then use it to update the device
