Three different 2017 ZO6 Corvette's not Supported by Diablo

FreeAmr, 8850 and myself can not get the Diablo InTune to connect. FreeAmr and 8850 have been sent second units to try and they do not work either. Our procedure is : 1. Take the new InTune out of the box and update it with IGNITION through the Internet. Then connect the Intune to the aldl. Then hold the start button for 20 seconds to put the vehicle in RUN mode. Click yes, click Tune to get the seed from the ECM. Then we get VEHICLE NOT Supported, click continue (supposed to have the seed at this point). Then remove InTune and connect to the internet through IGNITION to update InTune again to get a KEY to match the SEED. Then back to the car, 20 seconds, RUN, yes, Tune.

WE STILL GET VEHICLE NOT SUPPORTED

If we press ? We get no vin #

We have updated multiple times with the same results.

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

You are now with us. Possibly 2 more coming over. I'm sure Diablo will have a fix soon. We need every 2017 ZO6 on the list that the DS will not support to give Mike@Diablo the best data base to work with.

if you click the ? from home screen then select vehicle info with key in RUN, does it display the VIN on the screen of the device?

If you look at the 4th pic posted it shows a screen shot of what happens when you click ? In RUN. Under VIN it shows NO VEHICLE FOUND. WE ALL GET THIS MESSAGE.

That is correct: no VIN in that screen. It won't pull codes or do anything. It's powered up but doesn't seem to be talking to the car. Oh Mylanta!

thanks guys, for some reason the tool is not getting the VIN on these vehicles which is the first step in making it all work.
