17 Silverado 6.2 8 speed

I have the same issue as hyper1685 on my 2017 Silverado 5.3L 6 speed. From what I can tell, I have the correct tune on the trinity t1000, but when connecting to the vehicle and key in appropriate place, i get issues stating it needs updating when I select performance. 2 hours of back and forth installing, uninstalling, repairing, and repeating....

I see my options>show information:

Good news! It sounds like you do have the same issue. Bad news! Been talking to diablosport but haven't figured out a solution.

Following. I've installed updates and it allows me to select 2017 silverado 6.2 but when I plug in the trinity it says it needs updated....

glad to hear I am not the only one with the issue and that DS is aware of it. has anyone gotten a fix yet or update on status?

guys, we released a new update for dsdownloader that will hopefully resolve these issues. We need to reset your trinitys, so please call in and we will do that and then start fresh inthe truck then use the updated dsdl to get the fine needed.

thanks for the response. I called about an hour ago and had my tuner reset. working great now. just finished tuning my truck. Now I just need to test it out.
