Vehicle Not Supported

Hi, I recently received my intune i2 for my 2017 F-150 2.7L.
I was able to successfully tune the truck, but after I plug the tuner back into the truck, it says that the vehicle is not supported.

I have attached the backup file and the last tune written file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm getting kind of worried.
