can i use my intune i2 if my car already have hp tune now ?

as long as the hptune is not a custom O/S or they didn't lock the tune, yes..

what i did just turn off the mds ..
if i use intune now is it ok with no problem

No. I explained in your other post, but that will not work on 13-14 chrsyler models.
