NEED HELP 2013 CHRYSLER 300 CURRENTLY WONT CRANK

i have the intune for chrysler 300 2013 model. had previously been running on 91 octane tune. plugged up intune and loaded the 93octane/diablo tune. seemed to go smoothly. said process was complete. Cranked car and put in reverse. it rolled backwards down my driveway but died at the bottom. recranked. tried to drive back up driveway and it is a no go. its like no throttle. so i tried to reolad tune. same result. it was of course 2 min after diable tech support closing time. so i tried to load "restore backup" it was fairly close to completeing that restore and the intune just shut off and rebooted. now it says my car isnt supported to check for updates and MY CAR WONT CRANK and the diablo says it isnt supported. i came inside and checked for updated with wifi and it did update something. took it back out to car and still says car isnt supported to check for updates. i cant find any kind of update. and i have a dead chrysler 300 blocking my driveway
